Hard to say, i wouldnt call Kiara underrated, i think shes quite good and popular.
I cant really call anyone in Holo underrated tho, they are just too big in general. But if we stick to Holo then maybe Biboo, i really love her. Outside of Holo i really like Panko, Kanna and Chio.

Personally I would say Fauna is a bit underrated, not that she isn't popular or anything but her genmates got carried so fucking hard by literal memes while she was almost Bae tier at debut and only slowly inclined because it took that fucking long for memebrain retards to realize she's entertaining.

Kiara is almost good. She has a great personality, and she gels well with pretty much anyone, and she yaps well. And then she starts talking about her cunt and I forget about her for a bit.

Basically everyone I watch is a 3 view, sometimes I even watch 2 views.
