OP, you're basically that guy who thinks people who watch WWE are retards who think wrestling is real. Of course they know it's not real, but they watch it anyways. It's a performance, just like movies or tv shows. WWE has its own drama, with its own stories and how different characters interact with each other. Stories unfold. The heel comes back to attack the hero, the hero rises up. They perform cool stunts on the ring, which aren't meant to hurt each other, so the fact that they can pull them off safely is amazing in and of itself. Then after every match, they grab the mic and talk directly to the fans about how they're gonna kick their rivals' asses. Crowd goes wild.
None of it needs to be "real". None of it needs to be "how a person would actually act". Some people love it for what it is, despite knowing it's not "real". And if it's not for you, it's not for you.
