The longer Mumei stays in hololive after getting her degree, the larger the gap between graduation (uni) and employment becomes on her resume, which will make it very hard for her to find a job.
If I'm being 100% honest she needs to either get a job in her field after uni and permanently move to a schedule similar to Gura's or she needs to graduate in full and pursue her career. Getting the degree and doing fuck all with it and just banking on hololive continuing until she's in her late 40's to 50's would be irresponsible and retarded.
