I'd say with his opponent being a walking corpse and even the people in denial finally being forced to watch the emperor naked on the last debates, Trump was actually starting to look like he had pretty good chances. This just solidified it, that's all.
Seriously though, I can't understand what the dems are playing with not letting Biden retire with dignity. The guy has had dementia for years and can't even tie his own shoes, and it's never been more obvious. Surely, there has to be someone on the left who could take over and make for a stronger candidate. I really don't get it.
