Check their voices, Endolu sounds absolutely NOTHING like Suisei, even accounting for mic differences. Not even one bit.

The voices are too different for it to hold any water.

Suisei was trying to learn skills to make herself appealing during that era, so it makes sense that she traced her friend's art. Her current style is completely different, which is what happens when you learn enough to develop your own style.
So this "Julie" is definitely Endolu, and considering her accent in her songs, I can buy Endolu being a hafu.
But Julie's father - again - sounds absolutely NOTHING like Suisei's father who has already appeared on her stream once.
Julie = Endolu, sure. But Endolu = Suisei has very little concrete proof as of now.
