Rrat and chopper have already been past-life'd and appear to be competent yet not outstanding. But in the end, there's no predicting which holos will stumble onto popularity and incline beyond the rest. We could have a gen5 situation where they're all decent but their numbers never truly eclipse EN1 due to dead subs and reclining interest.
In the end, live and vod view counts along with comments and likes/dislikes will be a much better indicator of their engagement and reach than sub count levels.
