>>80754824min wage is $15 here but actually is $20 now for fast food workers (yes I'm in Cali). At $15/hr, they'd have made about $4,080 working full-time at McD's. In California it'd be $5,440. They don't make less, they make WAY less than a burger flipper. Doing some back of the napkin guessing off brackets they'd keep approx. 3,427 or 4,570 of that after federal+state taxes.
Now let's take Clara's income, because she was just talking about how she's so happy to be in Nijisanji and has no regrets about joining. If OP is correct (which I honestly don't know, I don't think anyone knows the true figures) she's made about $462 in 51 days. Based on US standards that's assuming 5 day workweek, so actually-working for 37 8 hour days. Her take-home pay is $1.56.
In the US an income below 11k is not even taxable so she gets off lucky there for being too poor and based on her current rate that'd be $9,454/year (which is incorrect obviously because there will be events etc but it's what we have to go on). So there's a plus, she's too poor to be taxed by the government, only by Riku and Neal.
