For ID/KR I like Bora Nun for her APEX skill, Jiyu Oh because she's hot as fuck, Lee Roha who's a hidden gem, Hyona Elatiora and Azura for the deeper, smoother voices.
JP is where you'll have to do a lot of trial and error for yourself, though. There's someone for everyone (and in a lot of cases, multiple), but Ange Katrina, Higuchi Kaede, Sara Hoshikawa, Kanae, and Kuzuha are all really good entryways into Nijisanji.
My personal picks outside of that would be Kitakoji Hisui, Belmond Banderas, Inui Toko (for her singing), Suzuka Utako, Kagami Hayato, and Matsukai Mao.
