I was required to learn how to sing in English, Spanish, German, Italian, and French, and most people I went to school with performed in more languages than that. Most people I knew also sang opera, jazz, musical theater, and pop with varying but generally performable levels of capability. Like I said, she's the best vtuber I've heard as far technique and diction go, not trying to bring her down, she's just not super exceptional outside this sphere.
