Both Skeb and Pixiv have anonymous requests, however, I also want the artist to post the art on twitter with the art hashtag of my oshi. Skeb seems to filter and cancel any mentions of posting specifications. Pixiv doesn't seem to care, but my instructions might not be clear enough (also the autotranslation is messing up the hashtags). Do you have any experience with such requests?
