They're not competing right now at all outside of both existing at the same time, though her audience is definitely something yagoo would like to tap into eventually, so her succeeding and cultivating an audience to collaborate with later is a win for everybody.
She's one of the very, very few vtubers big enough to actually collaborate with hololive without having a ludicrous gap in audience size.
