Every Holo graduation/termination has been caused by Nijisanji.
First, the obvious one:
>Aloe
Which we all know was caused by schizo nijinigs bullying her.
Then, the one with a popular rrat behind it:
>Mel
Who was tricked into breaching NDA by Kotoka. Given how depressed Kotoka is now, it's safe to say that she was merely a pawn.
Next, onto some more crackshot rrats:
>Sana
With her, it's less that her graduation was caused by Niji, and more that her entire hiring was. COVER was given insider info about NijiENs hiring practices, and with how well the branch was going at the time, decided that trying out nepohiring was a good idea.
>Rushia
While it might be easy to just point solely at her menheraness as the culprit, it's not that simple in reality. The truth is that Narukami was paid off by Niji to leak everything Rushia had said to him, as well as Niji being responsible for hacking her managers phones, so they weren't able to get a hold of Rushia to tell her not to talk to Narukami in the first place.
Finally, the biggest one of all, which involves 8 Holos.
>Chris
Chris was actually Riku's little sister, and was tasked with posing as a hire for an opposing vtuber company, being the new and upcoming Hololive.
>The Hololive China girls
The entire history of HoloCN is paved with the filth of Nijisanji pawns. Starting with the branch's inception, which just happened to have the first gen contain a Taiwanese girl. Niji got a hold of this knowledge and knew it would be able to start trouble, so purposely gave a few girls plans to infiltrate Hololive and destroy it from within, with even the extra push of one of these girls being decent at English, so as to potentially gain foreign fans to muddy the waters even further. With this first step, Riku himself sits down and laughs, along with his little sister who we know as Chris. Next in this long rrat comes:
>Coco
Now, Coco being hired by Hololive was looked at internally by Nijisanji as a joke. They thought she wouldn't bring anything to the runner-up vtuber agency, and this was a massive miscalculation on their part. As Coco kept growing and growing, they realized how big of a miscalculation they had made. While Riku was freaking out, Chris knew what had to be done, and activated PROJECT CHINKOUT. She had the best hackers at Nijisanji's disposal hack into Haato's analytics, and show front and center the flag and name "TAIWAN." She then had Coco play right into her hands, because she knew that, as an American, Coco wouldn't stand for an injustice like what would have happened to Haato. Coco then also showed her analytics, and the both of them ended up suspended for two weeks. During all of this suspension time, Nijifags were fanning the flames on both sides, trying to make the situation as bad as possible. Once the suspension was over, they had anticipated that Haato would dogeza, and Coco would lightly apologize. Coco instead saying "fuck off and never come back" wasn't planned, but was the best possible scenario for them. It caused near 100% of the real hate to target Coco, and the fake hate perpetuated by Niji interns of course followed suit. The HoloCN moles knew that all they needed to do at this point was to get graduated or terminated, and so just stopped wearing masks and started acting more like their real selves. This also got the Taiwanese girl(s) look I still don't know after all this time whether Spade Echo was one of them, I only know Yogurt was for sure innocent to become graduated as well. After this, time progresses on a little, and we fast forward to around February 2021. Coco, even with being the top earner, is hungry for more profits, and "anonymous bystanders" tell her that trying to negotiate for a better cut is a smart move. She does this, and is of course rejected. She's pretty upset at how hard she was rejected, without even a light amount of negotiating. The "anonymous bystanders" tell her that she should just threaten to graduate, as "there's no way Hololive would accept losing their top earner." She does this, and her graduation threat is instead taken 100% seriously and legitimately, and Coco, ever the strongheaded woman, just goes along with it, even if it's immensly saddening for her deep down. This is what got her crying on that one certain stream. We already know that formal graduations are scheduled months ahead, and it just makes sense if this is how it went.
It's always Niji. Every single problem, always due to Nijisanji.
