>>81272443>it could be something like he's out partying every night and hungover most days, to the point where he's more or less unable to do his job properly. Or maybe he's just not even turning up to practice at all, fucking everything up for the rest of Uproar who have live events to prepare for.Except he streamed a shit ton and seemed to work harder than all the others. His channel has 956 videos, and while he did spam shorts, he's done about 700 streams since he debuted 28 months ago. That's an average of 25 streams per month. Compare this to the next highest in his gen, Minase Rio, at around 570 streams.
It's also why I really don't think the theory about him missing deadlines or being a bad worker holds any merit at all. He was clearly dedicated to his job and being in holostars. If he was lazy or careless, he'd be missing streams or canceling them all the time as well. And partying or failing to show up on time, while bad, probably wouldn't result in the rest of his gen admonishing him as harshly as they are and saying what he did was unforgivable, not even in work-focused Japan.
The only thing that makes sense is something illegal like drugs or inappropriate conduct like harassment or a relationship with a fan, hololive talent, or staff.
