Remember the Grimmi rrats? I think I've figured it all out.
>November 2023
Jap has finished picking out who he wants in the newest HoloEN gen. YAGOO gives the go-ahead.
>February 2024
Selen is terminated, black screen stream, "negligible", etc. Grimmi sees this and gets cold feet about being in HoloEN.
>March 2024
Grimmi finally decides she can't do it, and goes to Jap asking to leave from being a part of the company. Jap and YAGOO both sadly and quietly accept. They start scrambling without a replacement, though. Tied up with Fes duties, they decide to leave emergency hiring duties up to the EN middle managers.
>April 2024
The EN middle managers make their decision on an emergency hire. They, of course, went with "big number = big success" and Jap is not happy. YAGOO is fine with who was chosen, however, and his superiority means that the emergency hire is official.
>May 2024
Cecilia Immergreen, Raora Panthera, and Gigi Murin are introduced to the emergency hire, Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame. They seem to get along alright enough for the final go-ahead to commence.
>June 2024
Hololive English -Justice- debuts.
Now, the explanation. Looking at it like this fills literally every question and plothole we currently have about the EN hiring practices. Grimmi ungraduating finally makes sense, as her ungraduation didn't fit in with the Niji debuts. Now we know that she really was going to be in HoloEN, and that she got cold feet, so she quit before she even debuted. Still having time before debuts, an emergency hire was needed. (We already know that Cover does this if you believe the Nazca rrats.) Since the good hiring staff was unavailable, the bad/homofriendly hiring staff was what was available. It explains the half HoloEU gen that Justice feels like, as it originally wasn't. With only a single member in EU, one in JP, and two from the states, it's just another Myth hiring. With a second EU talent, and ability to market the JP talent like an EU talent, they decided that NOW was the time to flip the switch on the EU expansion. It explains why GGCCRR feel so much more distant from ERB than to each other, because they literally are more distant, they've had less time together. Those few weeks before debut are crucial for gen unity. It's the perfect rrat that explains literally everything.
