>>81316886almost as if we aren't delusional in the fucking slightest asserting that generally dudes who become vtubers typically do it because they want to get with girl vtubers. redditor faggots and / or underage southeast asian children who either way do not understand how the game works try to deny this up and down but I mean this should be incredibly obvious to anyone who has even basic intuition. the thing is, in Japan, they have host clubs, literally male idols are also a thing there too and such, so there is a much higher degree of plausible deniability vs the west where there is no clear reason why a guy would do this vs flesh stream if he actually has some personality/talent etc. even so I am 0% surprised not every JP holostar has pure intentions.
for a guy, looks don't matter for eceleb success typically. you can look and live like asmongold and still make it. the most famous japanese flesthtubers aren't exactly lookers either generally. so then, why, precisely, would a guy really-want to look like some twink anime prettyboy - what is he compensating for? what is his audience? girl vtubers often don't collab with fleshies because it's just an on-principle thing that it looks/feels weird or cringe in many cases. but... if the guy also looks like an anime character it then "feels" a ton more OK to do or justify. so then, guys who take on these avatars have far far far higher odds of being able to collab with female vtubers. it's also self evident that collabing as a vtuber = your job literally is to socialize and become friends with the other vtuber, to develop chemistry. to get into their DMs. you'd have to be literally actually factually retarded to assume none of the dudes doing this aren't up to something else on the side. we're dudes. we know. many of us likely would do it if we were them. which is precisely why we call this out as bullshit and people defending homo collabs/interactions all need to shut the fuck up.
