I AM NOT A FUCKING MINDREADER, there is no way for me to tell someone is being bullied if they do not tell me. Furthermore, it is not MY responsibility to do something about it, because, and I cannot stress this enough, I am not the one being bullied. The most I can do is say "hey, don't just insult them like that please" since no matter what I do, a bully will only stop if you standup to them
Standing up for yourself includes doing a complaint, which is what Selen DID might I add, and I cannot just go to HR and do a complaint for them, I will simply be met with "well why didn't they come and do their complaint then?" which does NOTHING.
I am not condoning the bullying taking place in any office environments, I am telling you that it is not anyone's problem other than the ones involved; just like any other dumb bullshit happening in the office doesn't concern anyone except those involved, such as someone stealing my fucking sandwich, fuck you whoever did that. Also, I have been working in an office for the past 8 years, I am not young anymore, as much as I would like to be. Get your head out of your ass.
