Western woman are incredibly insecure, and therefore, it is nearly impossible for them not to develop a complex in regards to their vtuber model. When their vtuber persona looks and acts nothing like they do in real life and they are constantly praised for it, they start to subconsciously view their vtuber persona as a rival female and begin feeling jealous towards them, hence why they always want to do face reveals and get that same attention for themselves. They put on a show and then they get upset when people enjoy the show more then they enjoy the person themselves, so they feel the need to pull the curtain back and stop doing keyfabe/vtubing content all together. it is a tale as old as time
