>>8174165It really depends on how many of the people currently watching NijiEn are just tourists waiting for the latest and greatest thing to come along, if they're dual-watchers, or if they're jilted ex-holoEN fans.
The more tourists there are, the worse off they'll be.
The less able that HoloEN Gen 2 is able to grab new blood/expand the market, the worse off all the smaller agencies and HoloGen1 will be numbers wise, as they'll just end up cannibalising existing viewers.
I don't think NijiEN is going to be hurt significantly as I believe they've had time to secure a good portion of their current viewership, but they may lose some viewers if they overlap.
IMO if this Gen had come out sometime in July, NijiEN would be in way more trouble.
>>8173159Right, here's a video that talks in part about that sort of thing
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2xHZPH5SngThe thing is, the girls stream multiple times a week and also have other commitments that are holorelated outside of just streaming.
Yes, a good thumbnail and title are important for getting people to click, but unlike a single vid that might come out once every few weeks, some of them are streaming every day.
As such, they likely don't commit as much time/energy as they should to their thumbnail+title game except for special events.
