>You must consume my content with ZERO attachment or emotion directed towards me, while also potentially giving me money...>... UNLESS I start to see a heavy decline in interest/income, then it's ok for me and you to pretend to be closer until I get enough money to start the loop all over again and put restrictions and limits to what you can or can't feel towards me Streaming is parasocial by nature, whatever the fuck "parasocial" even means anymore since people use it in different ways just like every other word online. You don't willingly put your name and face on the internet or interact with people online unless you want to have an audience to connect with. If it's all about money, then this is the wrong job for it and actual prostitution or a desk job in some NPC office is what you would want if you want to remain 100% unknown at all times for life. The problem is that most content creators want to have it all and shit on their audience when they can't.
>I want to have a private life, but I also want my audience interaction and to vent to them when the going gets rough for me>I don't want to do a 9-5 job so I want to stream, but I want to control what people feel at all times>I want people to agree with me even when I change my views on a daily basis or when I seem bipolar, I will shit on those in my audience that do not conform to thisso tl;dr is that online environments have made it so most streamers don't actually know what they want since sociopathic behavior is encouraged and instead of realizing their audience is people, they just see them as numbers or a simulation of people which leads to conflicts for both
