Anycolor is manipulating its stock price but not through algo trading, which is something investors and speculators do rather than the company itself. Manipulation sounds like a sinister word but it's very mundane in reality. Every time they announce a stock buyback or try to bullshit their shareholders who don't know anything about vtubers and community sentiment, they are essentially "manipulating" the stock price just short of the legal definition of the term.
