I've seen it in offices, construction sites, cargo ships. In any work sector if you find an Italian they either give 200% or 0%, no in-between. It's also the reason their small scale luxury good manufacturing is so good, when you have a handful of passionate people working their asses off you get amazing results. And it's also the reason their public sector os complete shit, no government worker in Italy has worked a day in their life
