There is also clearly plenty of acceptance/patience of ex-nijis since essentially they are turncoats against them (or got fucked over and fired unfairly otherwise). Then again Kyo is like "whatever" status now and I don't ever hear about him or know if he is doing any good these days, but I don't think so really. More like that's because he was always a massive dud and male vtubers usually have very little support if they lose the Asian female audience - which he basically never had to begin with. Rosemi however being a cute girl indie would not have that debuff and it really depends how she leaves on whether or not the few remaining Niji fans try to smear her endlessly or not after.
Only issue is rosemi's model is really good and it would be hard to replace it. Her old one Miki is still pretty nice but hits a different vibe and and I dunno if it would hit the same. In fact I would guess it's the Rosemi model and persona that might be keeping her there still, that would be hard to replace and she probably is not ready to put it all away forever.
