It almost felt like a small indie corpo with a little more budget put into it. Comfy slow chat that the streamer constantly acknowledged, like they still saw you as a person instead of a soulless YT statistic. It gave something that the big corpos like Hololive just couldn’t provide.
Niji will NEVER get this feeling back. Hololive never had it in the first place. ACTUAL small corpos are too volatile and ridden with infighting (kinda like NijiEN is now). Seeing all the girls leave and fall apart just… broke me, man. I lost something that I’ll never be able to get back, like a man hitting his late 20s and realizing that his childhood was the happiest he’d ever felt, and that he’d never feel that kind of joy ever again for the rest of his life, and all he wishes is that he could go back to those days and savor them when they were still around…
