>>8197752So let me tell you a story. I actually had something like this experience IRL, just way less dramatic or impactful. She had a somewhat successful youtube channel making dumb animemes and dubs, but never posted her IRL self. She made all sorts of edgy/lewd jokes with her cutesy anime voice. She was basically a vtuber before indie vtubers were a thing, only her PFP was from a franchise instead of an OC. I actually did start off as her fan too. We did hit it off in DMs. We did become friends and she did start to trust me. She even confided to me that she had relationship problems. Hell, she actually broke up with her BF after taking my advice and soon after we had a somewhat cringey online fling going. Of course, I was ostensibly still just a fan when interacting with her in any public forum, but secretly we were sexting and she even sent me pics of herself(she was actually cute as fuck and I searched the fuck out of the internet to make sure she wasn't jebaiting me). She did reveal more person info that I won't say, but I can honestly say I truly was some secret online BF to a cute anime girl online. In another world I would be fucking & making love to this chick in our own apartment, planning out a family with her, and she would be vtubing as her job while I'm at work. But instead I fucked up and sought her attention too much, while at the same time we both kinda realize that online relationships suck donkey dick. So basically she realize this dumb online fling wasn't gonna work, I realized the same and accepted that she wasn't really interested in me and was just treating me as a rebound, and nothing about how I treated her was actually all that great. So yeah, that's why I wrote that shit up, because it's actually far from being unrealistic.
