Suisei had the most success in music, is ambitious and a great merch seller but brands herself as a diva more than an idol. She's not great for hololive culture either.
IMO Pekora is the one carrying hololive on her back. She streams everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, and hosts these big events like the ongoing ark server that could encourage other holos to network and stream more. If someone is afraid of joining she even contacted them personally.
