The skibidi toilets are/were in arms race against the camera-, speaker-, TV-heads heroes, each side developing new soldiers, new armor, new guns, new transports, new powers, stealing the advancements of the other sides. There's a couple noteworthy unique characters on each side, like the G-man leader of the toilets, the scientist for the toilets, the titans of each type of head soldier, various head troops with unique weapons
There's a background about a bunch of scientists doing shit that ended up with them becoming toilets or head soldiers IIRC, and recently a new faction of toilets has started killing both sides, leading to a team up against the greater threat.
