Sure, damn near everybody in the EN Vtuber community already knows this and has known for months or years, including everyone /here/; and Quinn himself has dropped hints on the matter that are about as subtle as Godzilla having explosive diarrhea in the middle of Tokyo. But an open secret is still a secret, and Enna is one of a few dozen people contractually obligated to keep that secret.
How severely they punish her for such a flagrant contract violation, or whether they punish her at all, remains to be seen. And it largely depends on how management thinks the investors will react to whatever action (including willful inaction) they take - basically which will hurt the stock price more, another "retirement" or ignoring an employee breaching NDA on main.
Incidentally, the "open secret" rule is why the script of the black screen referenced Selen Tatsuki by name multiple times, but did not mention Dokibird by name even once.
