There's no restrictions on chat speed though so there could be the same 100 people spamming.
From what we know of Koreans, it might be very botted, but it doesn't "look" botted at all.
People seem to forget how few people 30k are due to Youtube magic numbers.
There are like 10 million Koreans on the internet right now that are used to watching streams. Only a small portion of that would know what a vtuber is, but still. I think the Youtube Grimm has rotten our brains.
