Just for example, if Gura says she is too busy with Holoworks, or Ame says she is tired, or Fauna has her period up, or IRyS can't wake up early unless absolutely necessary, do you think managements can just force them to join the event? Maybe they can with Fauna or IRyS, but I doubt anyone can order Gura to do what she doesn't want to
