>>82217588My girlfriend works for Target, albeit we are in a different state from Mel, so I know how Target works and in order to get 40 hours a week regularly you need 80 hours of availability and have to have your weekends (Friday through Sunday) open. The only person who gets weekends off is a closing Executive Team Lead because said closing ETL closes on the weekdays and their reward is every weekend off and a much higher pay than Team Members, Team Leads and Executive Team Leads but isn't higher than Human Resources and Store Directors.
