Merch sales are not the end all be all either as much as numbermonkeys want you to think; keep in mind Kronii is also uniquely the constant Promise presence when it comes to voice packs, so her selling 5 less plushies means nothing when the other girls aren't selling voice packs themselves.
Plus there is the reasonable exception that Kronii was out of commission for a good chunk of the start of that year because of her jaw surgery and the recovery that followed after, it's apples and oranges at that point.
