You want your oshi to do well, but you try and think about it from the business perspective as well since how well she performs on various metrics like SC, memberships, merch, CCV, etc all contribute to her "success" for the business. You are enjoying her, but you also want to make sure she is doing well so that you don't have to fear management being evil in the background.
I don't think this applies for holos though, Stars and ID are dead weight and management seems to support them just as well as anyone else. And the girls who do really well end up not getting to stream so you see less of them. Shiori's performance is fine no matter how you slice it though so it's not worth worrying about IMO.
