She has far too much detailed medical information on the disease, the equipment, the treatments, the prognosis and the day-to-day lifestyle of someone with CVID. At first I suspected she's either treating someone or friends with someone with CVID, but you can clearly hear the breathing tube in her nose when close to the mic, the beeping of the oxygen machine in the background, she gets nosebleeds (caused by dryness of the oxygen) and has to stuff her nose, she has many personal stories about life and her general demeanor when she reflects about it; if it's an act, it's a very good one highly planned one, and one that would have been awful as an audience-catching gimmick since she was a nobody streamer for years. I think most VTubers are literal attention whores who are as fake as the cleavage streamers of old, but I really do feel sorry for Ironmouse. She's not into anime and vidya for the views, she's into it since it's her only avenue of escapism.
