who would even hire a group of people with the purpose of doing a long term character act.
would you consider that a good idea? it would be a matter of time before one of them goes out of character and then the whole illusion falls apart and you're left with rioting fans.
your group would never be able live down the infamy from the backlash, you'd be known as being disingenuous even other groups in the industry would see you negatively because your actions would have cast doubt on vtubing as a whole.
you'd have to retire the whole group, shut down the brand and eject yourself from the entire industry.
