A very stupid decision. I get wanting to get talents space but no, it’s dumb.
And yes it doesn’t happen but no self policing makes the issues 10000000000% worse.
It doesn’t matter how shit management is, a vast majority of their issues come with the fact that they’re not the best people and they are encouraged to be shitty by others.
And I imagine in the near/far future when most talents are gone, they will try to recreate friend groups they had in Niji, and they will have the same stupid dramas and problems. Difference is that now they can’t blame management for shit they did themselves
