>>82338689i dont know why people freak out like it's taken for granted that a bunch of emotional menhera young women streamers and idols are all going to want to stay in the company forever and never leave. keeping these women together and keeping them satisfied with their job is an incredible feat, its practically impossible. they are young, they are stupid, they are entitled, they are soft, they are undisciplined, they have daddy issues, they gossip to each other and their creator friends outside of cover, they have delusional confidence, etc.
