I would say people like Roboco, Aki, Choco, Mel, Lui, Shion (boring as fuck, the only redeeming quality are her interactions with Aqua).
When it comes to EN I would say Sana, Bae that needed almost 2 years to win over a decent number of fans (her early days were just her screeching at the top of her lungs and translating every other sentence to Japanese, which filtered a lot of people), Kronii despite being superchatted a lot in the early days, literally fell off a cliff when it comes to relevancy. Her streams were boring and full of dead air. And not to mention that she took a ton of breaks not even 6 months after her debut. Everyone thought she is going to be the next big thing. Turns out she's a stinker.
