Creatives and passion workers I can understand are not okay with the lack of personal agency, but to call it a scam is retarded when they knowingly go into it to fill a contract role that's demanded by the employer.
It's simply not a scam and you are watering down the meaning of the word by claiming it is. Just because you don't get to own the Naruto or One Piece IP for your own personal commercial gain or being unable to take creative liberty in a voice actor role does not mean you aren't being compensated fairly for your work, and it doesn't mean the job is a scam. If they wanted to be indie, they should've started as an indie content creator.
