Even Anya managed to do some on weekends during the high time of their August celebration preperations. The issue is, at the ene of the day after all songs, 3D etc, Petra is still a streamer primarily. There are no streams, no updates on her projects (Reimu e.g. keeps members update on her stuffs every other week). Her last normal solo stream (member watchalong excluded) was 2 months ago. Maybe she took on too much, if it impacts her streamer life so much or she does something else. The way she runs her channel just aint fair to her fans.
