She doesn't further cover's agenda, she literally just does whatever the fuck she wants at all times (outside of big projects which just get canceled by management non stop) and is a notorious slacker

In terms of pressure/psychological stuff, Aqua has been in hololive for 6 fucking years, and is in a country where that sort of job is way more normalized, you can't just wave off and say that she has no experience, she IS one of the most experienced vtubers out there
There's just no (reasonable/good) reason for aqua leaving outside of her really really really not wanting to stream/be in front of cameras anymore, if she continues streaming/doing concerts or god forbid join another corpo she is just actually mentally retarded
