-Shutter expensive, unprofitable, and/or unfocused projects. Holoearth is the big one but anything that devotes a large amount of resources towards it and isn't central to the VTubing aspect of the company should go.
-Lay off the unnecessary staff members working on said projects. Trim the fat in other areas as well.
-Axe Holostars. It's a massive money sink—every male requires the same amount of resources as the females, but the audience is so limited that the males bring in WAY less money. They're also a serious brand risk if any of the girls interact with them, even indirectly. I don't particularly care about male-female interactions and the people who do are morons, but you can't deny that Stars is unprofitable and does virtually nothing positive for the brand.
-Stop paying so much for collabs. Plenty of companies out there are willing to pay YOU for collabs and advertising, FIND THEM.
-Tone down the perms autism. It's driven away an incredibly popular OG talent at this point and has blocked plenty of huge stream opportunities. You have more to gain than to lose by giving the talents a little more freedom to do shit they want to do.
-The demand for Hololive merch outweighs the supply so much that it's almost comical. Either increase the supply or increase the price.
-Make your streamers actually stream. Gura in particular brings in obscene amounts of money. Hire a therapist or some other professional to get her to a point where she has a healthy work/life balance. Do similar for other inactive talents. DO NOT threaten or coerce the talents, find more agreeable ways to get them to stream.
