Maybe some of them will collab with her once in a while as their roommate like Towa or something, but most of her friends in hololive don't have active roommates and so if you care about hololive at all, and nearly all her fans do, because that's where the overwhelming majority learned about her, then you'd be devastated that she's leaving the rest of the holos behind.
And guess what, you colossal fucking retard? There's been zero indication that she's even going to stream after hololive. She probably will, but she hasn't posted anything on her roommate to indicate that. And even if she does, there's no guarantee we'll see her with any meaningful frequency. Hololive gave her organization and purpose, and without it, there's no telling if we'll see her even once a year.
So those that refuse to follow her roommate might be losing her forever, but they were never real fans in the first place because it wasn't Aqua's personality that they loved, but her png avatar.
