Nobody was forcing her to do that stream, she did it BECAUSE she's a huge part of management and the identity of NijiEN.
She's a large part of the reason the branch ended up how it did, and that's a much worse crime than anything Eliera could have done on stream.

There's also the fact that she cheated on her husband with several men, which is fucked up no matter what you believe.
That's not even getting into all the petty shitflinging she did to both hololive, it's talents, and indies alike. Going as far as to sue Delta(other former holo) over nothing.
TL;DR: Both are terrible human beings, but for different reasons
