He showed me one, i liked it, i agreed to rent it, he gave me paper work, i signed it, its now mine. His work costs me half a months rent, but it was basically no effort on my part.
Ame either has immensely shitty credit anf no one is willing to rent to her, or she just doesnt know how to find places on her own properly,
or shes just using it as an excuse not to stream.
