>>82923637The auditions for Vshojo (EN and JP) are closed now, and they've announced that whoever passed the auditions will debut some time next year.
Niji just debuted a new JP wave barely a week ago, so the next JP wave won't debut before mid October. Any members of a new EN wave would need to have signed their contract after the black screen; and also be fluent enough in English to have understood what was said in that stream, and to have read and understood Doki's response. And also interested enough in vtubing to have paid even the slightest bit of attention to Niji's goings-on around that time.
Holo doesn't spam gens the way Niji does. EN gen 5 absolutely will not debut this year; we might get JP 7 or DEV_IS 2 this autumn, maybe. Dunno if we'll get ID 4 or more Stars by the end of the year; I do not expect it to happen, but will be happy if it does.
....I don't follow Phase closely enough to even hazard a guess one way or another what Fishman's next move is. All I know is that, like Yagoo and Gunrun but very much in stark contrast to Riku, Sakana at least tries to do right by his talents, and is sufficiently humble and good-natured to allow his talents to use him as the butt of their jokes from time to time.
