In order to identify the sender of the above-mentioned post, the notifier received the IP address from the operator of

When we made a request for disclosure of caller information (filed an application for an order to disclose caller information),
● has disclosed information about you as caller information in a document titled "Notice of Decision to Disclose Caller Information" dated August 1, 2024.
As the notifier, we are considering taking appropriate legal action, but we hope for an early resolution.
If you are willing to work toward a settlement in good faith, we are willing to reach a settlement. We would like to propose the following as conditions for settlement.

(1) You will pay the Notifier 1 million yen as a settlement for this matter.
(2) You will enter into an agreement regarding this matter, and you will pledge that from the date of the execution of the agreement, you will not take any action, whether on or off the Internet, that infringes on the reputation, feelings, privacy, or other rights of the Notifier.
