If its satisfying for my ears to listen to then I can accept it. I didn't watch a lot of anime (most I did was dub before I learned to watch it subbed) and the last one I did watch subbed (I think it was Tasogare otome x Amnesia or 'Dusk Maiden of Amnesia' if you want the dub title) I did have to rewind a couple of times because like I said earlier, I couldn't digest what was being said and although I WAS deciphering what was being said, I had to rewind because I wasn't digesting it 'fully'. Hell I think I even rewatched an episode again when I first watched it (I 'think' I did it a third time also but it was many years ago) and when I finished the series, I never watched another anime (if I did it was probably the inferior version because then I could digest what was being said).
Funnily enough, the same can be said when I'm watching streams as well. For example, CC was playing Minish Cap a few days ago and to 'fully' focus on the game, I had to enlarge the screen on my tablet because I didn't want to get distracted by the chat the user's were doing. the same thing happened when I watched Koyori play games I like (which again I haven't fully finished watching yet).
