She can't easily talk and empathize about salaryman life with her university friends because she just doesn't have any of those experiences. Heck, she can't even talk about her own life and work too much because it can put her in danger or at the least inconvenience her if a 'friend' doesn't see the big deal and leaks it or is loose-lipped when talking to others.
Also, people already complain that having night shifts destroy their social life - but Korone's life is nothing BUT night shifts. Her free time is in the day when all the normal people are working, and her work hours are primarily in the evening when you would otherwise be at social gatherings as an adult. Basically the only time she can possibly have reliably for others is a small window of time from late morning to dinnertime in the weekend, and that's hell to schedule around. Even during the afternoons there're probably meetings, collab organization, thumbnail preparation and whatnot to do regardless of whether it's the weekday or not. It also gels with why she does kickboxing and shit, if you have nothing to do during the day you might as well.
