The dude's definitely putting in way more work than necessary. I think he genuinely wants it to succeed.
I'd say phase is in sort of the same boat. I really don't like a lot of the fans and some of the girls, but the companies themselves are clearly working hard to support their streamers right now rather than focusing on profits, which I find really nice.
