Im happy to see most aspies doing well, Im content with knowing the majority have quite a lot of potential, and I am enjoying being around those who stream while its my downtime.
But, there is something I notice more as the time passes, and that is certainly how little encouragement there is between aspies to do anything, most need to force themselves and push through the friction without any help, there is no creativity being encouraged, there is no support of projects and proper care for those who are truly going out of their way to try and take this as something more than the purest level of hobby possible. And somehow, in a place where the main title is literally /ASPIRING/ most attack or disencourage anything aking to the real aspirations that a chuuba might have. It feels weird and fake, and the worst part of this is when you see chuubas doing bad but nobody even trying to remind them how important it is to do as much as possible. It's amazing, you have consistency and that is fine and whatever, but you can't expect to grow exponentially just by being consistent, you need to network or to offload content to other social medias and if you don't want to you are just hindering your own growth; you need to go into others chats and become known, you need to start here and after that do the exact same thing with randoms, you need to become active and gather rapport, you need to treat yourself as what you are, a brand, and properly publicize what you make as much as you can, the internet is open for you to do so but no sane person here tries to consistently remind newer aspies about such a fact.
And this doesn't mean I don't like those who are the biggest hobbyists, because I can already see the response coming, I just dislike the fact that somehow so many of those who say they are aspiring do not even ask what and how to advance with their content towards new audiences and fronts of potential growth. And what I do hate is seeing so many who call it quits when they are barely doing the things that truly make them gain notoriety.
And this isn't about baiting with premium responses in twitter, or trying to create fucking drama of all things to gain eyes on you (because most don't even know how to do it and are completely incapable of handling the backlash), it's about just doing reps. Are you an artist? Time to spam 'drop your OC' and gain eyes, if you are really an artist you wouldnt turn down potential clients from the future just because you dont want to fucking make ONE attention grabbing post. Are you a comedian? Drop clips and shorts with those fucking jokes, drop moments with your skits, make those who don't watch your every single stream or VOD have the capacity to enjoy at least one good moment that they might have missed onto their timelines or algos if they follow you in whichever SM it is that they do. Are you a niche creator? Why are you not showcasing what makes you stand out? What truly impedes you from taking time out of your day to get stuff of the sort done? Even if you were the best [insert niche here] how do you expect anybody to find you out without you priorly getting said things out for the rest of the world to behold (and no, You already know VODs dont blow up that regularly from ANYONE, so hoping that out of nowhere that one specific stream you did gathers momentum and goes viral into the 4, 5 or even 6views is delusional at best) and try in any way to get those who don't even know about you to discover whatever you are working on or doing, fucking hell how infuriating it is to never see the unique chuubas nor even talk about their content anywhere, how many months or years do one streamer to realize that they should be trying as much as they can to let people know about their gimmicks and focal points ane whatever else is that they work on their streams to those potential viewers that they supposedly yearn so much.
But, at least those who do put their efforta into any of these things do gather traction and are slowly but surely notorious over the chuuba sphere. Good job to every single aspie and loves to all of those who aspire to make it in any way.
